i found the answer...

TEA! its so good, it keeps me full, and it is something i look forward too in the day. Also, my other thing i have noticed, is that walking around is amazing! It is the very French way to live life, and i finally feel like i can loose weight... i have a plan!
and thats better than candy!
The very first day, i have about a month to loose 10 months. That should be plenty of time to loose it healthily. I know how to loose weight, i am just REALLY good at loosing weight for a week, and then quitting after i binge on something extremely unhealthy. I finished finals yesterday now i have so much time to focus on myself. Along with loosing weight, i want to clean and organize my room, and get everything back in order before next semester.
So today, i realized, that you should only eat when you are hungry! Also, i think the whole blogging thing is going to help with the not snacking! snack time for me is from about 2:30 to 4:30.. otherwise known as the dead zone.
chocolate commercials don't help...
