i can't believe i did it...

so i havent even been able to visit the site in a about a month due to a broken computer and not having the funds to replace it right away. Anyway, im so proud of myself currently being 1 pound shy of my goal..funny how when moneys riding on it i can actually accpomplish someting.

hopefully i can keep my weight down where it is! thanks flaab!!!

I started working out again, i have about 1000 workout dvds so I'm gonna put them back to good use.  I have enough to not get bored with just the same workout over and over again so that should help. I've been doing just ok with the dieting part...although yesterday I did not so great(3 donuts for breakfast eeeeeep). I'm hoping working out will make me too tired to go out during the week because drinking beers and bar foods do notttttt help at all.

Also, I decided if I'm going out dancing with my friends (which I do very often) I'm not going to drink. 95% of the time when we go dancing I have about 3 or 4 beers, its not like I'm trying to get drunk or anything so why drink the empty calories. Dancing is one of my favorite activites and we get into it so it helps burn off some of that fllaaabbb!

LOST 3 LBS!....

honestly cutting back on the drinking is what's making the biggest differnece. I am 22, just moved into center city philly and I am living basically around the corner from most of my friends. So here's how my days used to be spent:

wake up
eat
go to work (hair salon, so on a normal day I work about 10 to 11 hours)
get home
eat (probably something horrible)
nap
get ready
go out around 11 drink until 2 ( mean while shoving disgusting bar food in my face throughout the night, and its not like i only had a couple drinks. I would get wasted off beer and shots)
get home & go to sleep
repeat.

yep that was my life for almost 6 months..no wonder i got so fat. This week has been completely different, I didnt go out at all this week. I had a couple friends come over on tuesday night  and had one beer. Not bad for my first week! I know its not over yet but when i see im doing good it motivates me to keep it up.

Since I'm money hungry I felt like this is a sure fire way to get me to loose this weight. I bet 100 bucks I'd loose 25lbs and trust me it needs to go!

The day is coming to an end and I'm pretty pleased with how I did. I'm going to try and log in to Flaab once a day as just a friendly reminder that I have money riding on this.
