Exercise
Played ultimate frisbee yesterday and now all my major leg musles are sore. I am definitely not as fit as my teenage relatives. The sprinting! The constant moving! Ouch. But a good kind of ouch, no?
Anyway, down two pounds from last week. With my level of physical activity going from 0-60 mph in about that much time, I'm not surprised. Now to keep it up!
If my muscles have recovered enough for tomorrow, I'm going running.

Starting Out
A pretty crazy idea, huh? I read about it in Elle magazine and thought it was crazy enough that it might work!
If you are my relative and reading this, it probably means you got the email (which have to admit was written by flaab.com, not myself). And I just wanted you to know, it's true.
