Finals! yikes
ok, I haven't exercised this week and I can't until the weekend! I have had research papers due, midterms and finals next week (I take two 8 weeks courses so everything is super fast). I'm eating healthy and moving as much as I can because I get tired of sitting at work and sitting in the car to go to school and sit in class for 4 hours of my life. Wish me luck :)

Ok, 2 pounds may not be a lot but you guys have no idea how much i've exercised to get rid of these two miseley pounds!!!!!! 13 pounds to go!
Another helpful hint, I went to Men's Health website and they have this cool feature called "Eat this and Not that" its really cool, it has helped me make better food choices at the grocery store and at restaurants. You can also purchase the book at any book store.

I just wanted to share with all of you to go to calorieking.com, its a cool website that is like a directory to help you find the calories for each food item.
For any one getting the iphone, the free app "Lose It!" is the best, it helps me track the calories for each day. I totally recommend it :)
Not giving up part Deux
Ok, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I feel like quitting but I think changing my strategy might help me lose the extra flaab.
I'm working out 4-5 days a week, an hour each gym visit. I'm doing spinning, zumba, yoga, kickboxing, a lot of cardio (seriously, drenched in sweat), eating 1300 cals and you guys, No CHANGE :( its been 3 weeks already. Since I'm only doing one day of strength training, I figure I will change that up and increase it instead of doing so much cardio.
ANY suggestions are welcomed :) Please, any.............
Not giving up
So, today, my little sister graduated high school, I felt so proud but I couldn't attend because she lives out of state :( I was so sad and happy that I can say I'm proud that I didn't go for ice cream to comfort me. Instead I went to the gym to sweat it off........
On a happier note, a few things that I would like to share with you that I have discovered to love:
Laughing cow cheese, seriously only 35 calories, and its really tasty!
If you love dancing and hate working out, please take a Zumba class, it is AWSOME! I can't stop recommending it.
I though a spinning class would be boring but I was wrong! :) I'm hooked as well.
The most important lesson today, I controlled my behavior and didn't let my habits take over me.........and that's my small accomplishment for today. Yay.
Day 1
I saw myself in some pictures and uuuy! Not so pretty. Instead of going to the gym here and there, eating healthy or not, I have gone in to a strict mode starting last Tuesday. It's only been a week and I can't give up. Shoot I had to pay $50 in ADVANCE, they are holding my money in case I don't make my goal they're giving it to my sister. Wow!
